For those of you who are not familiar with this event Gary Gates was a Novato softball coach. Upon his passing his passion was not lost on those that surrounded him. In 1992 ambitious plans we made to build the Gary Gates field at San Marin. Through the years with volunteers and fund raising activities such as the pasta dinner San Marin now has the leagues only lighted softball field. Because of its wonderful venue the field has been used for the North Coast Section playoffs and championship games. The foundation continues to add various improvements as well as maintenance. The field is also used by Novato Girls Softball teams and is the highlight of the season schedule.

It is an enjoyable evening that in addition to dinner and music there will both a silent and live auction and raffle items. Your participation will ensure a successful evening.
